Welcome, and thank you for your interest in my work. My name is Frances Ibink, and I am a Dutch abstract painter.

I started painting because I was longing for a new way to express my creativity, and I quickly realised how much I love it. Painting gives me space to slow down and to play - something we all seem to forget sometimes in our full lives.

More than anything, I hope my paintings bring a sense of hope, light, peace, love, or joy into a space.

I am currently self-represented and sell my work online, shipping worldwide from my studio in the Netherlands. If you would like to see behind-the-scenes moments or be the first to know about new collections, you can follow along on Instagram.

Nature is my Muse

Born and raised in a small town in the Netherlands, weekends often meant a walk in the forest or a few hours at the beach with my family. Those simple moments in nature were always special and have become precious memories.

I have always loved witnessing the transformation of each season. The beauty of nature just never ceases to amaze me. While I enjoy living in a city now, I cannot imagine life without spending time in nature. It helps me connect with myself, find inner peace, and recharge. To me, nature is the purest form of art - an endless source of inspiration for both life and my work.
